In this workshop, participants will learn how to outline their personal narrative and craft social media content strategy for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter, while optimizing their online presence for greater engagement.
We’ll explore how to use social media algorithms as a vehicle for your stories, how to differentiate original content from curated content, while recognizing credible sources for curated content on your personal Web or social media.
Participants will learn how best to amplify their stories and experiences on social media, anchoring themselves as stronger, trusted content providers.
About Our Trainer, Jhmira Alexander
Jhmira Alexander ( @jhmiralatrice), is the President and Executive Director of Public Narrative (formerly Community Media Workshop). Jhmira is a trained journalist who is not only a storyteller but a strategist committed to improving community health and well-being through media and civic engagement. Under her leadership, Public Narrative uses storytelling to implement narrative change strategies related to public safety, health and education.
