(Chicago, IL) – There were some heated exchanges between candidates hoping to be the next Illinois Attorney General at a forum hosted by NABJ-Chicago.
Derrick Blakley, CBS 2’s political reporter, served as the moderator.
NABJ-Chicago invited the eight Democratic candidates and the two Republican candidates to the forum held at CBS 2.
The Democratic candidates include Scott Drury, Sharon Fairley, Aaron Goldstein, Renato Mariotti, Pat Quinn, Kwame Raoul, Nancy Rotering and Jesse Ruiz.
Rotering wasn’t in attendance.
Republicans Gary Grasso and Erika Harold also didn’t attend.
The primary is scheduled for March 20.
