The System Director, Physician Communications is responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategic and integrated communications that will foster a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship between the organization and its medical staff in order to enhance understanding and consistency of key messages, and enable the attraction, satisfaction and retention of high-quality providers.
