NABJ Chicago congratulates our member, syndicated food columnist Donna Pierce, who has been selected as one of six 2016 Knight Visiting Nieman Fellows. She and her cohorts will join the program “for shorter periods throughout the year to work on research projects designed to advance journalism.”
Pierce is conducting research for a project on the migration of African American cooks and recipes out of the American South.
