NABJ-Chicago congratulates longtime board member and immediate past Vice President of Print Lynn Norment for being inducted into the NABJ Hall of Fame. Norment, who most recently served as Managing Editor of Ebony Magazine, will receive recognition along with three other outstanding inductees on August 7 at the NABJ convention in Tampa. On behalf of our local chapter, we thank Lynn for all her contributions to this organization as well as the journalism industry at large.

We are also pleased to announce that NABJ-Chicago has won Chapter of the Year, receiving national recognition for programming and fundraising achievements. We would like to extend our appreciation to members, guests and event attendees for their wide support.
